Collection of personal information through the Consultation Québec platform
By responding to this call for input, you will provide personal information that will be collected by the Government of Québec, more specifically by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux. The information will be accessible only to Government of Québec staff who are authorized to receive and analyze it as part of their duties.
To analyze the answers, the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux could use generative artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to facilitate processing and synthesis.
The information collected will be kept in a secure manner for up to one year after the dissemination of the upcoming policy directions on oral and dental health. It will then be destroyed in a secure manner. Therefore, after this date, it will no longer be possible for the government to identify the people who participated in the call for input.
Please note that the information collected will be communicated outside Québec, as the Consultation Québec platform hosts the information in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) database.
Dissemination
If you choose to voluntarily provide additional personal information or other information of a confidential nature through the platform, you agree that its protection, integrity and confidentiality will no longer be ensured, in accordance with the privacy policy of the Consultation Québec platform.

Participation is voluntary
Of course, you are free to agree or refuse to participate in the consultation. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of the information collected, write to dents@msss.gouv.qc.ca.
If you withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of the information collected, your opinion will not be taken into account in the reflection. You will be able to submit a withdrawal request up to three months after the call for input has closed. After this date, your input may be used in the work.
Please note that you are not required to address any of the themes proposed in the consultation. You can choose which themes to address. Your participation in the call for input will be considered for the themes addressed.
