How can I participate in public consultations?

You must first register on the platform. To do so, you can create an account or use your Facebook, Twitter, or Google account. Once you have registered, you can participate in the consultations that interest you in the “Consultations” section.

What participatory approaches does the platform offer?

  • Calls for proposals

  • Meetings, and so on

It is incumbent upon the consultation’s organizer to determine the most appropriate approach(es). 

Can I participate anonymously in consultations?

You must register on the platform to participate in the consultations. On the other hand, you can choose a nickname rather than your own name when you register.

When I create an account on the consultation platform, who can access my personal information?

Only your last and first names or your nickname will be communicated to the consultation platform. Your email address will not be made public. To display your public profile, click on the “My public profile” option in the menu.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. To do so, click on the “My account” option in the menu. You will access the “User settings” page. Click on the “Delete my account” option in the left-hand menu to delete all data linked to your account. The contributions that you have already published prior to deleting your account will remain on the platform but your name will no longer appear, and they will become anonymized.

How can I report an inappropriate or offensive comment on the consultation platform?

Simply click on the flag above the comment. A consultation platform moderator may then evaluate the comment and withdraw it if need be.

How can I receive information on new features on the consultation platform?

You can activate the notifications and register for the newsletter. Click on the “My account” option in the menu. You will access the “User settings” page. Click on the “Notification settings” option in the left-hand menu to activate the notifications and register for the newsletter.

How can I deactivate the email notifications?

To stop receiving notification emails from the government consultation platform, you must modify the settings. Click on the “My account” option in the menu. You will access the “User settings” page. Click on the “Notification settings” option in the left-hand menu to deactivate the notifications or unsubscribe to the newsletter.
