Automobile Insurance Contributions for 2022-2024

All individuals and groups interested in the amendments to insurance contributions proposed by the SAAQ can express their opinion by submitting a brief to the Panel of Experts.

The deadline for submitting a brief is May 21, 2021 at 5 p.m.

Briefs should be sent to the Panel of Experts by email at email@conseilexpert.aauto.ca or by mail at this address: Case postale 19350, succursale Terminus, Québec (Québec) G1K 0J4.

The brief must include the following information:

• the title of the consultation: Public Consultation on Automobile Insurance Contributions;
• the name of the person or persons submitting the brief and, if applicable, the group in whose name the brief is submitted;
• the contact information of the person or group that produced the brief. Please provide a complete address, phone number and email address. For groups, the name and contact information of the person responsible for the brief must be provided. Personal information may be presented on a separate page.  

The names of all individuals or groups who submit a brief will be listed on the Panel of Experts’ website, unless the authors express a wish for their brief to remain confidential. Briefs will not be made public by the Panel of Experts; anyone wishing to consult a brief must contact its author directly.
