Take part in the consultation on the health insurance card
This survey, which takes about 8 minutes, is for all Québec citizens. Its purpose is to gather your opinion on topics related to the Health Insurance Card. Please note that a few questions are based on a hypothetical scenario.
In addition, this survey is conducted by the Bureau de l’expérience client (client experience office) at RAMQ, whose mission is to make the client's voice heard in all circumstances. This office is entirely dedicated to the client experience. It ensures an impartial and comprehensive view of the client experience, regardless of the type of interaction.
The information collected through this questionnaire will be treated confidentially. Refer to the Consent tab for all the details. Only the employees at the Bureau de l’expérience client (client experience office) assigned to data processing will have access to your answers.
Purpose of this consultation
- Know how the population uses the embossing (raised surface) on the Health Insurance Card
- Determine the possible issues related to the removal of the embossing from the Health Insurance Card
About RAMQ
RAMQ is responsible for the sound management of the Québec Health Insurance Plan and Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan. As part of its mission, it manages the eligibility of persons for the plans, monitors the remuneration of health professionals and facilitates access to health care.
