Reflection process on the future of forests
Take part in the reflection process
About this consultation
Thank you for participating in this wide-ranging reflection on the future of forests! Your input will help develop a shared vision and identify adaptation solutions, particularly to climate change, to ensure the sustainability of our forests.
About the consultation
In order to mobilize the general public, businesses and partners in the forestry sector while taking into account the various regional contexts, the Gouvernement du Québec announced, on November 17, 2023, the completion in winter 2024 of a reflection process regarding the future of forests.
This process will allow for the development of a shared vision among the various stakeholders and to identify adaptation solutions, particularly to climate change, to ensure the sustainability of our forests.
The work of the reflection panels on the future of forests took place online, through public consultation, as well as in the various regions of Québec during meetings by invitation.
