As part of the public consultation conducted by the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, this survey’s goal is to collect the Québec population’s view on the actions to be considered in developing the next government action plan to combat poverty and social exclusion.

  • Participation in the survey is on a voluntary basis.
  • The Ministère asks you to express your opinion on the importance of certain topics concerning the fight against poverty and social exclusion, and to prioritize certain actions to be implemented in connection with these topics.
  • Every question of the survey is a multiple-choice question. You can choose not to answer any of the questions. According to your answers, it should take you between 5 and 20 minutes to complete the survey.
  • You can use the “Back” button without your answers being erased. However, you cannot return to the survey after you submit it.
  • Access to your answers is restricted to persons who are involved in the actions taken at the Ministère in the plan to combat poverty and social exclusion. Your answers will be treated confidentially and anonymously.
